It depends on your vehicle's size and current condition. A lightly used sedan typically takes 2–3 hours. A heavily soiled full-size SUV or minivan can take 4–5 hours. A pickup truck with serious work-boot grime and pet hair can take the same. We give you a time estimate at booking based on your specific vehicle and add-ons selected.

Yes — we bring everything. Professional-grade extractor machines, fabric-safe shampoos, leather pH-balanced cleaners, enzyme odor treatments, UV-protective dressings, and glass products. Everything is appropriate for automotive use — nothing is household product repurposed. And we carry our own water supply and power source, so we do not need access to your utilities.

Yes. Pet hair removal is one of the most common requests we get. We use professional extraction tools that pull embedded hair from carpet pile and seat fabric — not a vacuum that just moves it around. For vehicles with extreme pet hair, we recommend booking the Pet Hair Extraction add-on which allocates extra time specifically for that area.

In most cases, yes. Our odor elimination treatment targets the bacterial source of the smell — pet odor, smoke, food, and mildew. This is different from masking it with an air freshener. For smoke odors that have fully penetrated the headliner and HVAC system, a full odor detail with the Headliner Cleaning and Odor Treatment add-ons is required. We will tell you honestly at booking if there is anything that may need more than one treatment.

Yes — we use pH-neutral cleaners specifically formulated for automotive leather. After cleaning we apply a conditioner that restores moisture to the leather and helps prevent cracking from heat and UV exposure. We do not use household leather products or all-purpose cleaners that can strip the leather's finish over time.

Remove personal belongings, children's car seats if possible, and any items in the trunk or cargo area you want kept separate. That is it. You do not need to pre-clean, pre-vacuum, or do anything else. We start from whatever condition the car is in — that is the whole point.

Basic covers all 6 stages of our interior process efficiently in 1.5–2 hours — vacuum, surface clean, glass, and basic odor treatment. Full (Silver and above) adds deep shampoo on fabric, leather conditioning, multi-pass surface treatment, and a longer odor treatment cycle. The difference is not in what we cover — it is in how long we spend on each area and how many product passes are applied. If your interior has not been detailed in over a year, we recommend at minimum the Silver package.

For most drivers, every 3–4 months keeps the interior in proper condition and prevents stains and odors from becoming permanent. If you have pets, children, or use your vehicle for work, quarterly is the right interval. If you drive alone and keep the car clean, twice a year is sufficient. A well-maintained interior is significantly easier and cheaper to detail than one that has been neglected for a year.
