Larger or heavily soiled vehicles add time. We give you an accurate estimate when you book - never a range wide enough to cover anything.

Yes - always. Our vans carry a full water supply and an independent power source. All you need is a parking space large enough to work around the vehicle. No garden hose, no outdoor outlet, no access to your garage needed. We have worked in underground parking garages, street spots, and gated lots.

Yes. Pet hair extraction and stain treatment are part of the Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. For vehicles with extreme pet hair or heavily saturated carpets, we recommend adding our Deep Interior service at booking - it gives us the extra time and product application to handle it properly rather than rushing.

You need to be there at the start to hand over the keys and at the end for the walkthrough on Gold and Platinum jobs. The rest of the time you are free to do whatever you need. Most of our customers are working from home, in the office, or running errands while we work. You don't need to watch or supervise.

For most drivers we recommend 2-4 times per year. If you have pets, children, or park outdoors regularly, quarterly detailing keeps your interior from degrading and your paint protected. If you have a ceramic coating from a Platinum detail, you can extend exterior maintenance to twice a year since the coating does most of the protection work.

Three things: vehicle size (a full-size SUV takes more time and product than a sedan), current condition (a car that hasn't been cleaned in two years takes longer than one detailed last month), and the package selected.
