All services are subject to availability based on location, technician scheduling, weather conditions, vehicle condition, and operational capacity.

  • Refuse services for unsafe or hazardous conditions

Service availability may vary depending on your city, vehicle type, weather conditions, marina restrictions, apartment restrictions, or property access limitations.

Bookings & Appointments

Customers may request appointments through our website, booking forms, phone calls, SMS, email, social media platforms, or other communication channels.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until approved by our team.

Customers are responsible for:

Pricing & Payments

Service pricing may vary depending on:

Final pricing may be adjusted after vehicle inspection if the actual vehicle condition differs from the original booking information provided by the customer.

Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Deposits

Certain services, specialty detailing packages, ceramic coatings, paint correction services, marine detailing, RV detailing, fleet work, or large bookings may require a deposit before appointment confirmation.

Deposits may be:

Deposit requirements will be communicated before booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting Mobile Detailing Expert through phone, email, or approved communication channels.

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before appointment may qualify for no cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment may incur cancellation fees
  • Same-day cancellations may result in partial or full deposit forfeiture
  • Repeated cancellations may result in future booking restrictions

Mobile Detailing Expert reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Equipment issues
  • Technician availability
  • Emergencies
  • Travel restrictions

Weather Policy

Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent.

Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled in cases involving:

  • Heavy rain
  • Storms
  • Extreme temperatures
  • High winds
  • Unsafe environmental conditions

Mobile Detailing Expert will make reasonable efforts to notify customers regarding weather-related scheduling changes.

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Customers are responsible for informing Mobile Detailing Expert about:

  • Existing paint damage
  • Loose trim
  • Electrical issues
  • Water leaks
  • Mold
  • Sensitive surfaces
  • Damaged upholstery
  • Mechanical issues
  • Previous repairs

Mobile Detailing Expert is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Weak clear coat failure
  • Previously damaged surfaces
  • Improper aftermarket modifications
  • Previously repaired paint defects
  • Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to detailing services

Certain heavily neglected vehicles may carry increased service risks which will be communicated before work begins.

Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Services

Ceramic coating and paint correction services involve specialized preparation and restoration procedures. Results may vary depending on:

  • Paint condition
  • Vehicle age
  • Previous damage
  • Maintenance habits
  • Environmental exposure

No detailing or ceramic coating service guarantees permanent protection or defect-free surfaces.

Customers are responsible for following recommended aftercare instructions to maintain results.

Failure to follow maintenance recommendations may reduce coating longevity and performance.

Marine & RV Detailing Services

Boat and RV detailing services may require:

  • Water access
  • Marina approval
  • Shore power access
  • Safe working conditions
  • Proper vehicle accessibility

Customers are responsible for securing required approvals or access permissions before appointment times.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive oxidation
  • Heavy staining
  • Mold remediation
  • Large vehicle sizes
  • Difficult access conditions

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe working conditions
  • Ensure access to the vehicle
  • Remove valuable or personal belongings

Mobile Detailing Expert is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unsecured personal belongings left inside vehicles.

Service Satisfaction

If customers are dissatisfied with any portion of the service, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Mobile Detailing Expert may offer:
