1. Services
We provide professional mobile detailing services at the customer's selected location, subject to availability. By booking with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate access to our website at our discretion.
2. Bookings & Payments
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS with service details.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to process payment for the booked services.
Pricing
Service prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service experience, customers agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the vehicle and service location
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables prior to service (we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items)
- Ensure access to water and electricity if required for certain services
- Confirm the vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues, including but not limited to rust, loose parts, or paint defects.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Advance Notice
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur charges.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to present the vehicle may result in a service fee.
Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data
6. Restrictions & Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity using our website or services
- Interfere with the proper operation of our systems
- Copy, modify, or distribute website content without written permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by Mobile Detailing Expert, LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Detailing Expert, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.
