How We Perform Ceramic Coating

Pre-Coating Inspection
We inspect paint condition, identify defects, and confirm correction level needed before the coating is applied. Coating over scratched paint locks the scratches in — we will not do that.

Decontamination Wash
Foam pre-rinse, two-bucket hand wash, iron-fallout dissolution, and clay-bar treatment. The paint must be completely free of bonded contamination before correction begins.

Paint Correction
Single or multi-step polish — depending on tier — to remove swirl marks, water-spot etching, and light scratches. The coating bonds to the corrected surface, so this step locks in the finish.

Panel Wipe-Down
Every panel is wiped down with an oil-removing solvent to strip residual polish oils. This is the single most-skipped step in DIY coating jobs — and the reason most fail early.
- 05
Coating Application
Coating is applied panel-by-panel in a controlled environment (ideally a garage). Crosshatch wipe pattern, level, and flash — strict timing per panel to prevent high spots.
- 06
Cure Window + Care Instructions
Coating needs 12–24 hours of dry cure time. We hand over a written care guide — wash chemistry, dry-time after rain, no automatic washes — so the coating performs to its rated lifespan.
